Welcome to PRF! We are the leading coffee event in Latin America! We bring together producers, roasters, and the entire coffee industry in coffee-producing countries to foster strong, long-term relationships, tackle real issues and drive innovation in the sector, while facilitating green coffee sales. PRF has been held in El Salvador, Brazil, Honduras, Colombia, and Guatemala where we’ll be hosting our next edition in 2024. PRF is an event that is tailor-made for coffee roasters and coffee producers. It is the event that produces real relationships and long-term sales. It is the event that puts origin at the front of the conversation.
We’re proud to say that as the largest, most groundbreaking, and prestigious coffee event in Latin America, we are the heart of the coffee industry in the region. Our conferences, panels, conversatories, workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities provide a unique platform for local and international attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, stakeholders, scholars, and even volunteers to connect, share knowledge, and generate business.
But PRF is more than just a trade show. It’s a platform for dialogue, where everyone involved in the coffee supply chain can come together to address the challenges facing the industry, from sustainability to quality control, from local market analysis to emerging trends on an international scope, from climate change to fair trade. By facilitating conversations and collaborations between all the actors of the coffee ecosystem, we aim to make the sector more transparent and resilient. At all of our PRF events, we bring industry leaders from across the globe to present on a wide range of topics. Our speakers come from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, and the Americas. The event also includes workshops, panels, cuppings, and other relationship-building activities.
And there’s no better place to host PRF than Guatemala. The country has a vibrant and dynamic coffee industry, with thousands of small-scale producers cultivating some of the world’s best shade-grown coffee. By bringing our high-quality, professional forum to Guatemala, we hope to showcase the excellence and diversity of Guatemalan coffee to the world, while creating new business opportunities and partnerships for all our participants.
We also host an all-inclusive three-day Sourcing Trip Experience, where coffee roasters and green coffee buyers stay in coffee farms and forge close business relationships with their host producers.
- Sponsorship opportunities as well as exhibiting opportunities are available, offering companies promotion at the event and in social media coverage on all channels belonging to Producer & Roaster Forum and Perfect Daily Grind.
