Each year, PRF unites coffee professionals from around the world in one coffee-producing host country. Our vision is simple: to cultivate long-term commercial relationships between global coffee experts.
Categories for attendee tickets include both the PRF Origin Trip Experience running from June 26 and July 1, and the in-person event on June 30 and July 1.
PRF Origin Trip Experience (OTE) tickets
Tickets for the PRF Origin Trip Experience are available exclusively to roasters and coffee buyers who are travelling to Colombia for PRF.
Over the course of four days, these visiting roasters and buyers will be able to experience Colombian coffee production first hand, staying with local hosts on coffee farms across Colombia in groups of 20.
During the course of their stay, visitors will visit farms and farmers, participate in cupping sessions, travel to various mills, observe harvesting and processing, and join roundtable discussions with producers.
This ticket is an all-inclusive option, which includes in-country transport, airport transfers, accommodation (5-nights), meals, farm tours and visits, entrance to PRF, and access to the VIP area.
“The tickets for the Origin Trip Experience and PRF are designed to provide visiting coffee professionals with the ultimate experience during their time in Colombia”, says our Director, Julio Guevara.
“From visiting farmers, mills and farms, to networking with business owners and industry professionals at the forum itself, these tickets will allow for attendees to experience all aspects of coffee culture and business in Colombia.”
International tickets
For visiting internationals who will not be attending the Origin Trip Experience, our team has created International Tickets.
These tickets will grant international visitors access to the two-day forum, hosted at Plaza Mayor in the heart of Medellín, Colombia. Expected to host more than 5000 attendees, the forum will host an extensive programme that focuses on various aspects of the global coffee sector.
Over the course of two days, International Ticket holders will have the opportunity to listen to international presentations, learn about the industry from production to consumption, attend panels with experts, taste coffees from around the world, be part of the latest debates on innovation in the industry and much more.

Local tickets
Colombian coffee professionals and other attendees who wish to attend PRF 2022 will be able to do so with our Local tickets.
Created specifically for domestic attendees, these tickets will grant Colombian visitors access to the two-day forum to participate in an extensive range of workshops, lectures, presentations, networking opportunities and much more.
Founder of PRF, Henry Wilson says that engaging coffee professionals in Colombia and having them attend is central to the aims of the forum.
“This new edition of PRF provides a unique opportunity for those working in the Colombian coffee industry to exchange knowledge, forge relationships and explore new opportunities,” he says.
“We host PRF in coffee-producing countries specifically to have producers and local industry at the center of the discussion. These people are the heart of Colombian coffee, and we aim to have them front and center at PRF.”
