Lessons and Recommendations from 10 Years of Blue Harvest in Central America

Water resources are at risk, globally, especially in coffee-producing countries due to threats to the water supply and quality.  Coffee farming and milling can either contribute to solving water crises or contribute to the problems. The roundtable will focus especially on field research and field results on proven regenerative farming practices that improve soil health and plant productivity, increase water recharge in aquifers, and protect water quality.
